How can I use Me v PMDD if I have an older phone?

Currently, the Me v PMDD app is available for iOS versions 9.0+ and Android versions 5.0+. However, if your device is older, you can still use Me v PMDD in a mobile web browser. Here's how:

1. Open a mobile web browser (i.e. Chrome, Safari, etc.) from your device.
2. Type 'app.mevpmdd.com' in the address bar.
3. This will lead you to the login screen for Me v PMDD. From there you can register for an account and use all the same features you would in the mobile app version.
